BLUF. Published/ is the stable, public-facing knowledge base. Top-level folders use N_Name numbering; overflow shelves use N. Name. Inner folders may carry their own sub-numbering.

Diagram standard

All graphics (flows, architecture, timelines, decision trees) must use mermaid fenced code blocks — not screenshots, ASCII art, PlantUML, or bare graph fences. Run python3 Systems/audit_mermaid_diagrams.py --published-only before garden publish.
